How do I create a business account?
To create a business account:
- Click on the "Sign Up" button on the homepage.
- Fill in the required information, including your business name, contact details.
- Submit the form and a dedicated Key Account Manager will contact you in 2-3 working days.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password:
- Click on the "Forgot Password" on the login page.
- You should receive instructions to your registered email address.
- Please check your spam or junk folder.
Can I have multiple business accounts with the same email address?
No, each business account must have a unique email address. We recommend you using a general email address (i.e. admin@ABC.com) for your login credentials.
How do I deactivate or delete my business account?
To deactivate or delete your business account, please contact your key account manager. They will guide you through the process and ensure your account is closed securely.
Shipping & Delivery
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website under "Order History."
Is Next-Day Delivery available for all products?
- Next-Day delivery is applicable for non-fresh and fresh items; however, it is subject to discretion based on order needs and item availability.
- Delivery days and times will be as specified on the delivery booking page on the Site and will be made to the address specified by you during checkout. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether.
I missed my order delivery. What should I do?
- At the time of delivery, there needs to be someone at the specified address to receive the order.
- If no one is available to accept the delivery, the order will be taken back to the designated store.
- If your groceries are returned to the designated store, we will get in touch with you to organise collection, which might result in additional fees.
- In cases where you specifically grant us permission, either via telephone or whatsapp, we could leave your order at the address. Any groceries left at the delivery address are done so at your own risk. We won't accept any liability after they've been delivered, including scenarios where items get lost, stolen, damaged, or spoil due to being left unattended.
How do I change my order?
- You can change or cancel your order through calling our Customer Service Hotline 1-300-88-5427 during operating hours 9am-6pm until the applicable Order Cut-Off Time.
- You do not have the right to cancel your order at any time after the Order Cut-Off Time. Should you wish to cancel your order after the Order Cut-Off Time but prior to the time of delivery, we shall be entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the price of the items contained in your order and the cost of delivery.
What is the Returns & Refund Policy?
We do not accept returns for products bought through the Site. However, if products you have purchased are damaged, faulty or spoiled at the time of delivery, we will honour our obligations under our Refund and Returns Policy.
Invoices, Payments, & Credit Terms
How to qualify for credit terms?
- Credit terms are determined at the sole discretion of the business and are contingent upon the evaluation of supporting documents provided by the applicant, including but not limited to SSM documentation, bank statement headers, and other relevant materials.

What payment methods do you accept?
- As a business partner, you get to enjoy up to 30-day credit terms with Jaya Grocer for Business.
- For immediate payment, we accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers.
How will I receive my invoice?
- Upon successful. order placed, an invoice will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email address.
- Should you encounter any issues, kindly connect with your key account manager.
Do you offer volume discounts for bulk purchases?
- Yes, we offer volume discounts for bulk purchases. Please contact your key account manager to discuss your specific requirements.
